MMI Montreal Medical International Inc. (MMI), a Canadian incorporated corporation, has its head office in Montreal but carries out its activities around the world. Its sole shareholder is Optimal Health Care Foundation, a Canadian registered charity, dedicated to supporting research and public health care institutions in Quebec through scholarships and by financial support to physicians, physicians in training, nurses or other health care professionals, as well as research. Accordingly, all of MMI’s excess revenues are devoted to these purposes.

MMI enjoys a close working relationship with the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) and is its exclusive authorized representative for all of the MUHC International initiatives. The MUHC, with its deep pool of health care professionals and advanced health care systems, through MMI, provides expert assistance to countries, governments and hospitals around the world.
