Health-care delivery
MMI consults on the entire spectrum of patient care, from education and early diagnosis to the development of best practice protocols. We also work with clients wishing to develop custom Telehealth programs.
Health-care management
MMI can assist clients with specific elements of a project, or consult on every aspect of major initiatives. We are available to consult on budget development, risk assessment and analysis of facility requirements, including equipment and human resources planning, scheduling and management services. We also help clients develop Hospital Information Systems (HIS) to evaluate performance, improve efficiency and optimize care.
Clinical education and training
MMI helps clients build independent accredited health-care programs and health-care institutions by consulting on training and education. MMI will also consult with clients needing access to experts in medical simulation and continuing medical education at affiliate institutions. As well, MMI may help clients identify opportunities for their staff to participate in teaching rounds, conferences and discussions on patient care at affiliate institutions.
Collaborative research opportunities
MMI can help clients identify opportunities for participation in academic and clinical exchange programs. We also consult on ways to access research resources and gain exposure to best practice protocols through our world-class health-care and academic affiliates.
