SHAREHOLDERS
The sole shareholder of MMI Montreal Medical International Inc. (MMI) is Optimal Health Care Foundation, a Canadian registered charity dedicated to supporting research and Canadian public health-care institutions.
Profits from MMI are distributed to the Foundation for reinvestment in the education of medical professionals and projects designed to improve patient outcomes. Funds are also used to provide scholarships and financial support to physicians, physicians in training, nurses or other health-care professionals, as well as to support research initiatives and joint projects.
