Dr. Michael Churchill-Smith

Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, MMI

Dr. Michael Churchill-Smith is Chair of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer of MMI Montreal Medical International Inc. (MMI) and President of its parent and sole shareholder, Optimal Health Care Foundation. He also serves as President of McGill University Health Centre International. A Senior Physician at the McGill University Health Centre and Associate Professor of Medicine at McGill University, Dr. Churchill-Smith is currently developing an aviation medicine database and is involved in the clinical training of physicians in this field.

Dione Watts

Chief Operating Officer and Secretary Treasurer, MMI

Dione Watts is Chief Operating Officer and Secretary Treasurer of MMI Montreal Medical International (MMI) and Associate Director of McGill University Health Centre International. One of the founding officers of MMI, Ms. Watts has an extensive background in the administration, financing, management and international trade of health-care services. As former General Manager of the Respiratory Health Network of Centres of Excellence of the Medical Research Council of Canada, Ms Watts has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the fields of research, commercialization of intellectual property and start-up operations.
